Tommygun Portfolio: Genesis Housing Group - Genesis Tenant DVD

This was a large project for both us and Genesis; the creation of a DVD that would help new tenants understand a whole range of things about their new home. From how to locate the fusebox to dealing with neighbours, the intention was that it would be used with the tenant handbook and that residents would be more willing to watch a DVD than read the information. A DVD has the other advantage of being more interactive and so we were able to create a menu that allowed residents to just go to the sections most relevant to them rather than have to watch the whole thing every time. The production process was long and involved, because we wanted as many different examples of each scenario as possible, but the end result was a useful resource and one we hope to do again
