Tommygun Portfolio: NESTA - NESTA Crucible Management Game

NESTA, a publicly-funded body responsible for the promotion of innovation, asked us to create a management game that could be run as part of a residential training course. We devised a concept around creating an app for the iPhone and produced two explanatory videos, supporting paperwork and instructions and a process. The final package was able to be run by a facilitator with no training required; they simply used the DVD and the materials provided to run a day's programme.
